Equivalence Of High School Certificate
When students want to study the Bachelor's or associate degree programs in Turkey, the first thing you should do after registration is the equivalence ("Denklik" in the Turkish language) to your high school diploma.
What is degree equivalence (Denklik)?
It is a document required by universities in Turkey, so the Ministry of Education (Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı) ensures your high School diploma is admissible due to system education standards in Turkey.
Where can I do the equivalence?
In The Turkish embassy of the student country, or the Turkish Education Directorate in Turkey.
P.S: not all Turkish embassies provide equivalence service.
What documents should I bring for equivalence?
- The original secondary school certificate (baccalaureate certificate) certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in your country.
2- The transcript of marks (transcript), originally certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
3- The academic sequence of the first secondary + second secondary class.
4- A copy of the passport (including the visa and entry stamp to the Turkish Republic).
5- A copy of the Turkish residency if having one or a copy of the student's university admission or student certificate

3-When you fill your application, you will be able to make an appointment h
4-In the appointment day, you should bring all original documents that have been uploaded to an online form to the education department
